Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when payments may or may not be refundable. Info Remover sells fixed-scope digital services involving review, submissions, outreach, documentation, monitoring and reporting. Because work often begins shortly after purchase, refunds are limited once work has started.

Info Remover is not a law firm. This policy is a practical business policy. For legal advice, consult a qualified lawyer.

Important expectation

Payment covers professional execution of the agreed scope. It does not guarantee removal, deindexing, ranking changes, publisher approval, platform action, search engine approval or any specific third-party outcome.

When work starts

Work may begin immediately after payment and/or intake submission. Work includes URL review, case assessment, research, preparation, submissions, outreach, monitoring setup, documentation, reporting or internal processing.

Audit and review fees

Audit, review and case assessment fees are non-refundable once work has started, because time, analysis and written assessment are delivered as the product.

One-time service packages

One-time packages may be refundable only if cancellation is requested before intake review, submissions, outreach, monitoring setup or other work has begun. Once work has started, the package is generally non-refundable.

Completed deliverables

Once an audit, report, submission, outreach round, monitoring period or other deliverable has been completed, that portion of the service is non-refundable.

Removal requests and third-party decisions

A rejected removal request, ignored publisher request, unchanged search result, search engine refusal, platform refusal or third-party decision does not automatically qualify for a refund. These outcomes are outside Info Remover's control.

Search rankings and suppression

Search rankings, suppression progress, deindexing decisions, publisher responses and platform decisions are not guaranteed and are not grounds for refund by themselves.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled for future billing according to the subscription terms confirmed at intake or in the payment request. Completed billing periods are not automatically refundable. Work already performed during a billing period is non-refundable.

Monitoring plans

Monitoring fees cover ongoing checks, alerts, summaries and related work. Monitoring does not include unlimited new removal work unless specifically included. Completed monitoring periods are non-refundable.

Custom services

Custom or high-priority services may have separate refund terms shown in the proposal or invoice. If no separate terms are provided, this Refund Policy applies.

Paddle and payment providers

Where payments are processed by Payoneer, PayPal or another approved payment provider, refunds may also be subject to that provider's payment and tax rules. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible.

Duplicate or accidental payments

If you believe you made a duplicate or accidental payment, contact info@info-remover.com as soon as possible. We will review the issue and may refund duplicate charges where appropriate.

Service refusal refunds

If Info Remover refuses a case before work begins, we may issue a full or partial refund depending on whether any review, administrative work or processing has already been completed.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, contact us first so we can review it. Filing a chargeback after work has started may result in suspension of service, account closure or dispute documentation being submitted to the payment provider.

How to request a refund

To request a refund review, contact info@info-remover.com with your name, email, order details, package purchased and reason for the request. Refund decisions are reviewed based on package scope, work already completed and timing of the request.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and provider.
